Chris Graduated from McGill University with a Master’s degree in Architecture. He has been practicing architecture for more than two decades in Canada, USA, and Hong Kong. Prior to joining HKU SPACE, Chris had been working at world renowned architectural firms with projects in North America, Hong Kong, China, India, Singapore, the Middle East, and countries in the Asia Pacific region. Chris is a licensed architect in the New York State, USA, and a member of the American Institute of Architects. His specializations include architectural design, technology, and project management.
As the Programme Director of Architectural Studies at HKU SPACE, Chris has a strong interest in teaching and training young architects. Before pursuing his career in architecture, Chris studied and worked in the field of electrical engineering and information technology until he discovered his passion in architecture. His broad knowledge in these professions allows him to be well positioned to serve the architectural education community where cross-disciplinary learning becomes increasingly important.
